Hey,
about two weeks ago I ordered the normal ISO prebuilt Aluminium version but now I regret my choice a little.
Is it possible to swap the order to split one?
If I place a new order now will I be able to cancel my first order and still get the founders rewards and get keyboard for christmas?
Is the ISO split version not prebuilt? do I have to build it myself?

There is no prebuilt, you will need to go for the module if you want ISO split. The support would have to do the same, so it will be faster for you to cancel your order and reorder yourself. If the first december batch has been sold out and christmas won't be possible is something checkout will tell you.
