Try plugging the keyboard into a different USB port on the back of your PC using the included cable. After this attempt to restore one more time.
I tried everything its still not working
Try this https://help.wooting.io/article/173-how-to-flush-all-dead-registry-entries, if you're still unable to restore the keyboard, reach out to Wooting https://wooting.io/support
Pick the category and issue you need help with, and we'll guide you through the process.
Nah still not working that's crazy
I need to wait like a week to get my problem solve from the support?
can you check how the keyboard is detected by the system?
this can be done by following steps in the image and see how it is detected "wooting restore" "wooting 60HE" "No detected"
only this
ok that doesn't look right - has the wrong drivers
(image for references)
so that would explain why the keyboard is not detected in wootility
Then what should I do
one moment
this is a driver issue not a physical problem with the cable or port
when this issue occurs we provide the guide above to remove all currently assigned drivers and any remaining registry files left over then perform a computer restart for the changes to take effect
but in this case the correct drivers are not being assigned consistently so there is a good chance that Windows or software may be interfering with what drivers are being assigned when a device is first detected
the tricky part is finding out what software is causing this and disabling or uninstalling it (and if necessary repairing Windows this aspect is rare)
so for now can you attempt to plug the keyboard into another device that doesn’t have this issue then attempt a keyboard restore to successfully upload new firmware to the device as this would be the easiest method otherwise will need to track down the cause.
