I have previously asked information here about getting extra parts for my OW60 since I used some things with the old pcb, and plan to upgrade to the V2.
I was told to send a ticket on the website regarding the question and so I did, but sadly I did not receive an answer :(

I sent the ticket on the 6th of November right after the order was made.
I cannot find any page on the website with the status of the ticket, and on my email I also did not receive an answer.

So I would like to ask what i can do about this issuee

Sorry, if this is not the right channel for these kind of questions :<

We do not have spare parts to send, unless it's a warranty issue.

The OW60 is not our product, and we are only a reseller on their behalf. If you need parts "for fun", it's Owlab you need to reach out to.

Still, thanks for the answer

I do not need the part for fun or try out things, it's that since I will have to rebuild the keyboard with the new v2 pcb, I will have to re-use the sticky pad that comes in the kit (the one behind the pcb)
I am just not sure it will stick back, or just in case it rips, so I would love to have options :)
I will try reaching out to owlabCatBla
