Hi, im using an 80he on the vivaldi browser, and it has the wrong layout, (im using the portuguese layout). ive tried changing the privacy settings, adblocker but nothing has worked for me.

id have to guess that this is an issue with some flag Vivaldi has disabled by default so the wootility website cant read the keyboard language from the OS

Most likely yeah. On Brave you have to tweak the security shield for the website.
