All of these types of requests need to be made via the Wooting Support Wizard!
Try restoring the keyboard:
Unplug your keyboard, then hold the top-right key (Backspace) and the bottom-right key (Fn). While holding them, plug the keyboard back in. After that, press 'Reset Device' in Wootility. Before restoring make sure to save your profiles first.
The utility doesn't even detect my keyboard; I don't know what to do.

Okay, I found it.
To double check, did you hold the top right and bottom right keys while plugging in the cable?
Also, can you check if your PC detects the keyboard as "Wooting Restore" in Device Manager?
When you unplug your 60HE, does this disappear from Device Manager?
Can't help, sorry. Seems like your PC doesn't even detect the keyboard, so best to contact Wooting, they'll help you.
