I think my keyboard just died. I wanted to update my keyboard, but there was an issue, so I did the SUP + FN manipulation and then unplugged the keyboard. But now it’s just unrecognized and doesn’t work anymore. Can someone please help me? ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

Can you please try plugging the keyboard into a different port on the back of your PC?
Also do you have any RGB softwares running in the background?

If so, disable them and replug the keyboard, as they can interfere with the Wootility's connection to the keyboard. After this attempt to restore your 60HE one more time.
