#Wooting 80HE Keyboard Connection issue [Assemble Yourself] White Model

My friend has a keyboard which i think has a problem with the internal connection cord that links the case to the keyboard module. When the cord is plugged in loosely, they can power the keyboard, but as soon as they place the module properly into the case to screw the top part on, the cord disconnects, and the keyboard immediately loses power. Essentially, the most vital cord does not stay securely connected to its socket.

The product arrived that way, the parts were shipped separately because they ordered a white model and needed to assemble it themselves however, I'm wondering if anyone else has experience with a similar issue and has a fix as they sent a customer support message ages ago with no reply.

The cable is probably not plugged in fully. Please try pushing both ends of the internal cable with your nail. Ideally it should look like this.
