Possibility of re-enabling the Wootility (Windows) intro screen

A bit of a random question, I know... but is it possible to re-enable the Wootility for Windows intro screen after toggling to hide it on startup for the first time without reinstalling the app?

not that im aware of as it basically has no real purpose beyond the initial introducing of the wootility
