Hi, when I switch to a specific profile on my wooting my keyboard gets a mind of it its own and opens every possible office program on my pc(?) and just spams keys. I have to forcefully shut down my pc with the power button to stop it, so I have now decided to not use that profile (obviously), but I would like to know what the hell is causing this and if there's a way to maybe transfer the rgb or something from the profile without having to select it? thanks :D

also this started to happen completely randomly while I was playing Minecraft, I have never had this issue before but now the profile is completely broken. Even after I reset the keyboard and tried reimporting it with the id
heres the ID btw if that helps with troubleshooting somehow: 1a26f542b893182efc604c1a9631831f0261

Try turning the RGB brightness down and see if that fixes it for that profile.

Is there a way to turn the brightness down without opening the profile?

primal rivet
#

Not that I'm aware of.

#

Wait

#

Fn+F11

signal adder
#

doesnt seem to do anything?

#

tachyon doesnt seem to be the issue either like mentioned in the one troubleshooting video since I can enable it just fine on another profile

primal rivet
#

And it's only that profile, right?

#

I'd just nuke that profile and recreate it if it's only that profile.

If it happens on all profiles, then that's a different story.

the issue is that i cant recreate it when i cant check the settings of it

You can open Wootility in demo mode https://wootility.io and import it there to look at the settings

thank you! I'll try it

signal adder
#

right now I have a different issue, the keyboard feels very sluggish and unresponsive and sometimes when I press a key it will start to spam it

#

regardless of the profile

signal adder
#

seems to think I'm constantly pressing the keys

Don't put it at 0.17, especially not with switches other than Lekkers.

A lot of people that try to have really low thresholds have this problem. Try 0.25 or something.

Oh ok. If it ever happens again just unplug and replug keyboard.

Hi everyone, I'm unfortunately having this issue once again and it even happens with the pre-installed "Rapid Profile", although rapid trigger does not seem to be the issue as enabling it on all of my keys on the default "Typing Profile" doesn't cause any issues
Also, all of my keys are constantly actuated for some reason. Everything on my keyboard is stock. I haven't changed keycaps or the cable.
Here's a video showing that my keys are constantly being triggered, which prevents me from using any low actuations. I am not pressing any keys whatsoever during the video

#

Also, when I press some keys it doesn't show any actuation whatsoever in the software although they do still react. Weirdly enough this seems to affect all keys on the right side of this line

#

Another oddity is that the keyboard is completely unaffected by changes to the RGb
