All order-specific and shipment-specific support must be handled via the Wooting Support Wizard*

Looking for information about your specific order?
You can find that on the Wooting Hub! There you can also add upgrades, update your shipping address, and much more.
Is your order about to ship and you need to pause it for any reason?
Place it on hold via the Wooting Hub!
Do you need to...
- Cancel an order?
- Return/Refund an order?
- Get assistance with placing an order?
- Change the items in your order?
- Change your shipping address to a different country?
- Return a recent purchase?
- Get warranty support?
All of these types of requests need to be made via the Wooting Support Wizard!
Is your keyboard plugged directly into the motherboard? If so, try another USB port
Also use included cable
alright I'll try this and come back I'll lyk if it happens again
@median abyss nope just a key being constantly pressed
Idk which key tho
You can check which key is being pressed using this tool https://analog-monitor.wootility.io/
L-gui
That's win key
WindowsKey ?
Yes
Try restoring the keyboard, make sure to save your profiles first.
Swapping the keycap won't help. You can try swapping the switch, but I doubt this happens because of the faulty switch.
Please try restoring your board. If it doesn't resolve the issue, contact Wooting https://wooting.io/support
Pick the category and issue you need help with, and we'll guide you through the process.
Alr
I might just disable down
I dont feel like contacting the support and what not
Might take to long due to the fact that v2 just released for pre-orders
Thanks anyways @median abyss I didn't know that existed
if anything else happens from now to the next 29 days Ill just send it back and get a new one
If only win and down arrow keys are being pressed, you can increase the actuation point of those keys and you should be fine.
I'd still recommend reaching out to Wooting, because this isn't a normal behavior. They'll help you with this.
