Hello if I’ve been contacting support for a switch change on my 60 HE V2 order and I didn’t get an answer (which is fine, haven’t reached the 7 business days yet) but it also told me in the meantime to put it on hold for it not to get shipped. But since it’s the V2 it won’t get shipped anytime soon anyway right ? So is it necessary ? My primary concern is will it delay the estimated 10-16 December shipping (asking for both putting on hold but also for the switch change, I ordered a module not a pre assembled)?

the estimate would only be delayed if you get assigned to another batch on whatever you picked for the switches.
Of course if you keep it held past the original estimate it also delays it but once you are assigned a batch that means it will ship asap be it the batch arrived and your order isnt held or you unhold it after it arrived.

Normally it's good practice to hold it, but we should get to your request within a few days, and its a preorder so it should be fine 🙂
