Hello ive already submitted a ticket hut wanted to ask someone now. Ive just turned on my pc today and my 80he randomly stopped working no light show up and i cant type. Ive change usb c ports and cable and still no difference will i have to send it back for maintenance and im based on the uk how long will that take.

If you don't hear the USB connection sound when you unplug/replug the keyboard, then check the internal JST cable, as it might be loose and causing this issue.
- Unscrew all the screws on the bottom of the case (you'll need PH1 screwdriver)
- Remove the top case
- Lift the module
- Push both ends of the JST cable into the PCB/USB daughterboard connectors
- Reassemble the keyboard
