wrote a ticket since 11/7/2025 wanting to change the aluminum cover to silver and keycaps to white.
I have also put my order on hold.
How much longer will they help to make this change? Currently the shipment is scheduled for Mid December... I'm really afraid that by modifying the order will affect and delay my overall shipment date.

If you're concerned about the delivery date being later after the order edit (which is very possible) then I suggest you place a new order for the things you do want, and then have the original order cancelled and refunded
understood.. but would prefer not to unless there really isn't enough time... i just hope this week by 11/14 wooting support can actually make the edits. this isn't a hard to do task right? i suppose they just need a few more working days to get to it?

since i live in Taiwan, the best delivery option for me is the hongkong warehouse. which in my existing order is scheduled for mid december. I just tried to re order the same config again, the silver aluminum config now is late march delivery.... So my best option is to NOT re-order, and just wait for support to edit it. I assume wooting support team, is prompt and active... just don't wanna be too pessimistic about their abilities to solve this issue yet 😩
Does releasing the order from on-hold. resume its original shipment "mid december" , that is the order number is already tied to the shipment date. or will it postpone to March the longer i keep it on-hold and release it?
Batches are on a per-product and region basis
This also means that the date you see on the storefront is the same as what a newly edited item would be allocated to
