Can you check device manager? If you can see "Wooting Restore" then complete the restore process in Wootility.
I I am using the keyboard on Linux but it should be the same in the wootility too
Please follow the second picture and restore the keyboard.
False alarm! I discovered a faulty USB port on my KVM. But anyway: Does wooting still support / service this keyboard? If this offer might stop at one point I would like to send my keyboard at least once for service to wooting 🙂
Pretty sure wooting only replaces parts currently if there's any need for it and not directly repair them. Is there even anything wrong with yours?
Nope not at all its working fine and reliable here without issues so far. As long as repair is still possible in any case, that's even better to know and I just wanted to confirm that I would have had this option 😉
so generally we dont service devices as they have basically no moving parts besides the switches which are user replacable and for the lekker edition (which i assume you meant) the usb-c port which is also user replacable. the pcb itself should not really have anything that would just break.
