I was changing profiles with the binds set I never remember the right bind so I went through all of em (I rarely change profiles) had to leave after a few and tuned pc off when I came back all rgb was off I thought it was weird so I went to update and it didn’t let me it gave me an error, so I just decided to format it in the settings and restore told me to go through the steps of unplugging FN and delete and plug back and now it just won’t work at all, and when trying to format and reset it just gives an error: UNKNOWN idk what to do and I don’t have another keyboard, already reached out but I need this fixed asap for work
