Hello guys, i received my wooting 60he+ yesterday and i am since been having problems with it.
Yesterday the L-CTRL was not acting properly, meaning it was registering some actuation like 0.1mm everytime. Now the problem seems gone but now i just woke up and it won't actuate more than 0.8mm even when fully press, i already tried to reset the keyboard and i am using the stock wooting cable

i do not have any greyed entry
btw i have the cable plugged in the back of the computer and tried two different ports
tried different cable and pc too but nothing changed. I tried on linux too and same issue, ONLY on left ctrl
like i said in the first text, it was also ghost inputing at 0.1mm as well yesterday but that seems to be gone for the moment

i only have the wooting at the moment
from what i remember it was not giving this issue yesterday, i booted up the pc and now i have it. Like i said before, i tried with my brother's pc as well and same thing
i just hope to fix the issue and i trust you guys, 70% of the reason i bought the wooting is because of the support you give
maybe i should specify this, i have an astro a50 base on the desk, i don't know if this may be useful for you

i noticed this, i try to actuate at 0.2mm but it doesn't as if the keybind is set at a way higher actuation
as if it's set at 3mm instead of 0.2mm

A quick solution is to disconnect the keyboard, reconnect it, and don't touch it for a few seconds while it calibrates
