Nothing! What works for you is best.
Though you might verify that the top bezel of monitors aligns with your eyes in an upright seated position and consider a keyboard wrist wrest. Lastly, adjust the microphone when you use it so that you don't have to move your head at all to speak into it. These three ergonomic points may already be addressed, but if not, then addressing them will greatly improve your comfort.

Good advice, if not doing racing or flight sim (or other triple monitor full screen gaming) and instead focused on productivity or web/stream chat display while gaming.
