I previously contacted support about my keyboard being stuck in “Wooting Restore” mode, but unfortunately it’s still not working.
I’ve already followed all the recovery steps from the guide, including:
- Using both the Wootility app and web versions (“Restore and Reset Device”)
- Trying different USB-C cables
- Connecting directly to the back USB ports (no hub or KVM)
- Testing on another PC
- Reinstalling the latest Wootility version
Despite all that, the keyboard still stays in “Wooting Restore” mode with no RGB or key input.
