Hi again,

I previously contacted support about my keyboard being stuck in “Wooting Restore” mode, but unfortunately it’s still not working.

I’ve already followed all the recovery steps from the guide, including:

  • Using both the Wootility app and web versions (“Restore and Reset Device”)
  • Trying different USB-C cables
  • Connecting directly to the back USB ports (no hub or KVM)
  • Testing on another PC
  • Reinstalling the latest Wootility version

Despite all that, the keyboard still stays in “Wooting Restore” mode with no RGB or key input.
It appears in Windows Device Manager as:
