Whenever I click the "Track your order with UPS - Express Saver", it brings me to an order on a fedex website, is this how its meant to be? As I saw UPS was the more premium option over fedex while I was buying the from the website and chose it for of course faster delivery, however usually when I use UPS I track my order through their website, not fedex.

is there no live support?
on the fedex site it now saays they recieved the package so im assuming wooting gave it to fedex even though i payed for ups
i requuested from the link u gave me and it said i wont get a response for another 5-14 business days or longer since they also mentioned some sort of event
so thats clearly not an option at this stage of delivery
The parcel carrier used for an order is only changed by the fulfillment center if it is impossible to ship it with the selected carrier.
If your order gets shipped with a less expedited carrier than your paid for due to this, our support will assist you with a partial refund of those extra shipping costs
@stuck mica To add to what they said, FedEx actually may be faster shipping for you if you’re in the US after yesterday’s incident. The location of that UPS crash yesterday in Louisville Kentucky is the main shipping hub for UPS where most packages get routed through. Because the FAA and NTSB is investigating there and part of the runway is destroyed, operations in and out of that area are going to be heavily impacted.

dont live in US as well, live in dubai and UPS is stupid fast here usually compared to fedex

A plane crashed - Full of packages. Even if it was empty, that plane may have forced UPS to move things around substancially shortterm to cover.
Again - Can't say if this is the case with your package. Just a possible theory.

would make more sense from europe and if so i dont think the US crash affected operations here

Not wooting or the shipping companies, but I know operations for UPS worldwide are hindered from this plane crash, but especially operations within the us (we’re talking days to a week+ delay in the us). If FedEx received it in Netherlands, that’s where it shipped out of. Just contact wooting support.
i did and as stated earlier it is not an option because of how long they are going to need to respond its useless wooting support wont help me now

They can inform you what may have caused a mix-up/change in shipper and refund the shipping fees if it was a problem on their end.
Accidents can happen. But like mentioned before, it may very well be a gift in disguise since UPS operations are being hindered due to the crash.
yea but fedex is gonna take a bit too long to delivery as I have experienced in the past with fedex here in dubai and as u can tell my current keyboard is broken with double and triple typing, i woudlve rather cancelled the order recieved full refund and just went and bought a wooting locally for a higher slight markup

Smaller companies like wooting aren’t what you’d buy if you needed something urgently. Something like razer or Logitech that you can get at a box store fit that bill. Still decent, just not a wooting.
current keyboard is huntsman v3 pro and it broke in less than a year so no way im purchasing from this dogshit company, which is why i chose wooting + expidited shipping as a i wanted something more premium and an elavated experience, experience currently is not elavated hahah
support didnt even acknoledge the problem they just told me, "Your order has left the building and is on its way to you with one of our couriers."
