Hi,
I've had this wooting 80he keyboard for about a half a year now but suddenly my windows key has not been registering properly when full pressing or lightly pressing it. In the video, I show myself pressing the windows key and the visual feedback shows me full pressing the key but stutters a lot. I also test other keys and show the difference. Is this a software or hardware issue in this case?
