left Ctrl key keeps activating over and over when set to .1mm

i just bought this 2 weeks ago and it just started doing this, i have not spilled anything or modded the keyboard and i have also swapped the switch out and it has not resolved it

the file included is a mp4 of it activating idk why it isnt showing the miniplayer for it

i have also factory reset the keyboard and that did not help

Set the offending key to 0.15 or 0.2 mm then to reduce the noise and false activations?

that is what i am doing temporarily i was just trying to see if anyone else has this issue or if it is fixable without doing a customer support ticket
