i have went through customer support for my 80he reporting a faulty connection issue. I have tried with multiple cables, which did not work. I then disassembled the keyboard to see if the JST cable was lose, however it did not feel lose at all. I have also factory reset my 80he and installed the latest firmware updates but still nothing has worked so i am completely out of ideas. Does anyone have a solution for this or do i just have to return the keyboard?
