my new 80HE keeps rapidly disconnecting I'm not certain if its the cable or what is causing this issue, sometimes it disconnects due to moving keyboard, other times it wont disconnect at all, It seems entirely random, I have contacted wooting support and have been completley ignored, This issue appears to be covered on the warranty for the keyboard.

Check the JST cable inside the keyboard. It might be loose and causing the disconnect/reconnect issue.
- Unscrew all the screws on the bottom of the case (you'll need PH1 screwdriver)
- Remove the top case
- Lift the module
- Push both ends of the JST cable into the PCB/USB daughterboard connectors
- Reassemble the keyboard
thanks for this advice, If this method does not work, Is there any specific resason why support have not responded to my ticket or do I just need to wait longer?
You’ll need to wait. They don’t work on weekends. Nobodys ignoring you. You can expect a reply from them sometime this week.
ah, that explains it then, sorry for the hassle and thanks for the fast reponse
Let me know if this helps.
ok it seems to have fixed it but cant be sure for another couple of hours, thanks so much fro your help, is there anyway I can prevent this happening in the future or do I just re input it every month?
You won't need to replug it every month, no. If both ends of the JST cable are fully in, then don't worry about it.
@lusty torrent I dont know if this message still works but the problem has reoccurred, much less disconnections but still happening, the JST is in perfectly now though, So can I apply to get a replacement or a refund somewhere?
