Hello I’m posting this because my Wooting keyboard has mysteriously stopped working overnight. Any suggestions would help I’ve tried the following: using a different cord to connect it to my PC, using the troubleshoot feature on the Wooting App, tried resetting the keyboard by pressing the function and backspace key. My model is the 60HE.

Have you tried restarting pc? If that doesn’t fix it, try resetting keyboard. Just be sure to backup profile codes.
What happens when you tried to reset?

Hello I have tried resetting my PC, I have tried the trouble shoot feature the error ID I get is “boot loader” whenever I try to reset the keyboard. What’s weird is I was using a different keyboard yesterday but now it won’t work either so I feel like there’s some sort of software related issue.

It just keeps saying “error when deleting keys”
