My completely new out of the box 80HE had some connection issues. Sometimes it would work, sometimes it would not - regardless of USB Port and Device.

When I installed the wootility software, it told me to update, which I did. It ran into a problem with the update, after which the keyboard was completely unusable. The recovery mode makes the top and bottom left keys light up blue, but nothing more. The recovery dialog gives me the "bootloader" error: "timed out finding bootloader".

I tried every single USB-A and USB-C Port on multiple devices...

The keyboard is completely bricked, only the two keys light up blue when I start recovery mode.

Can you guys help me?
