The "c" on my keyboard is repeatedly cphantom typing long strings of cccccccccccccc and will not type the letter c many times when I press it. I have tried refreshing the firmware. I have tried replacing the key. I put in a warranty/support request through the Wooting website and have not received any response. Can anyone help me with this?
