oh and i dont know which key it is and im using the default 80he configuration (everything cheapest pre assembled)
You can use https://analog-monitor.wootility.io/ to see which keys it is
im assuming webusb is required?
Yes, so a browser supporting it. Chrome for example
will firefox work
maybe i should clarify im on linux lamo
does chromium work?
It should
ty ill wait till the issue happends again but what should i do then? should i continue this thread? puyll off the keycap and place it on again? or what should i do?
Kepcaps I think should be fine to be exchanged, but don't pull a switch after the keyboard has done the initial calibration which it does when plugged in
Do you move your keyboard or do you have a Secret Labs desk?
a tiny bit sometimes and no
The HE sensors are very sensitive to magnetic fields so if there are any magnets nearby they can interfere.
I would suggest you contact Wooting for technical support and in the ticket attach the link to this thread https://wooting.io/support

it seems to happend alot more when using tachyon mode
This seems to be a power delivery issue. The keyboard is probably not getting enough power from your laptop.
- Decrease the RGB brightness
- Try other, shorter USB-C cable
- Set 1k polling rate: Wootility > Settings > Keyboard settings
does this look normal?
Yes
i cant seem to replicate it rn sadly probably too random of an issue ill try to wait till it happend sagain bcuiz then i can probs write a better message on the issue
Try what I recommended above, at first decrease the RGB brightness.
this is with tachyon mode + rt rgb off profile
and when i lift my keyboard before the peak thats what hapepnds
i ende up using tghis tool during the issue and i saw this btw
some extra information:
https://youtu.be/yYAxgg_2Ak4
its not a lack of power issue as i jus tested a pc and even there it acts weird liek this
incasae of anyone reading this issue:
when i pick my keyboard up into the air it seems to still act weird but otherwise completely normal i tried an external pc but when i pick it up from the external pc it doesnt even act slightly weird for some reason
Thanks for being patient. We have replied to you via e-mail.
