that is covered under warranty and very odd - it is VERY rare that the white zinc case has issues like this i think this is the second time
so in the email could you inform us if you use any cleaning agents or hand lotions or anything you think could be related to this as we would appreciate the information
hi ye this actually happened like after month or so after i got the keyboard but i never really had the time to ask about it and it wasn’t this bad, but it kept getting worse and i don’t think i’ve used anyt except i’ve wiped it with like a wet cloth just a bit of water on it to remove the dirt
very strange, not entirely sure, but as this is pretty unheard of, from the white zinc my guess this is from a manufacturer issue for that specific case as the other one took almost a year to happen as for how not sure can be any number of things
- the coating was not properly applied
- bad mix of the coating material
- something on the case was not properly cleaned/dusted
- maybe the zinc rusted before it was coated
- or something els

looks like Andres already reply to your ticket with a few options on how to proceed
for refence the E-Coating issue mentioned is only for the Black/Raw zinc cases as you have the white zinc this issue wont apply

ive got a 40 usd gift card but it says to "Enter a valid discount code or gift card" what do i do bout that
what region is the store set to (top of the site)
we have a EU/US/ROW stores so sometimes the gift card can be used on the same store so may be set to wrong one
this?
Yes as you mentioned USD i think you have a gift card linked to the US store while you live in a county that uses the EU store
you can reply to that email and we can remake the gift card to the correct store
