- I've replugged every cable/USB
- I've moved the cable from USB hub to USB port (according to google AI)
- I've tried using the original settings without further custormization
- I've turned off tachyon mode
One thing I haven't done is using the troubleshoot feature in wootility, I'm stuck at 2nd step since it doesn't show the device
It happens often (~10mins)
Also reconnects quickly within 1-3secs

Check the JST cable inside the keyboard. It might be loose and causing the disconnect/reconnect issue.
- Unscrew all the screws on the bottom of the case (you'll need PH1 screwdriver)
- Remove the top case
- Lift the module
- Push both ends of the JST cable into the PCB/USB daughterboard connectors
- Reassemble the keyboard
Fixed I was being stupid
What was it?
