I get your frustration but the only thing wooting can control with the expedited shipping selection is processing times (from time of order to time of shipment). The rest is up to the shipper (they only provide estimates to e-commerce companies) and customs for your government. Most of wooting staff has been out of the office last week and from my knowledge, they typically don’t respond to customer service requests on the weekend (business days count as M-F). If the shipment is being sent back to them, there’s either an error with your address information, customs, or with the shipping company’s information.
