I purchased a Wooting keyboard a week ago and it is still "ready to pack".

I dont understand how an in stock item takes 5+ business days just to ship out, when I paid extra for the shipping. which was 2-3 days. Now the projected delivery date is 9 days 😄

I've contacted support twice asking for an update and havent gotten a single reply.

I think the majority of the wooting team were on the annual meeting last week. Starting with this week probably most of them will be back.

Most of the staff was out of the office last week and they don’t process orders on weekends. They should be back in the office this week (starting today), catching up on the backlog of support requests and processing orders.

the 2-3 day expedited shipping means when it leave the warehouse AFAIK, not the warehouse processing time. we all deal with that the same dogekek
