they're on some "annual team gathering" and won't even start to ship until sometime in November.
Wooting uses a fulfillment partner for the warehouse handling. So that's wrong
The status on the hub should state where it's at in this context.
The warehouses typically ship out orders all throughout the work week. If it's a busy period it might take another day or two to get caught up on queued orders.
