Hi, I returned my Wooting 60HE (upgrading to an 80HE) I was wondering if Wooting will confirm if they got the keyboard returned. It shows it was returned but no ticket has been opened or any confirmation that it was recieved.
I understand that it will take time to look at the keyboard before I get a refund (1-2 weeks) but just to acknowledge the keyboard they recieved.
