If you ordered on Friday it most likely wasn't queued to be fulfilled till Monday. And that is a busy day. With a bit of luck it'll be on its way today.

oh, im just some random. you might need to wait for the other guy to respond/ email support or wait and see if anything changes. it only took 1-2 business days for me
A few days ago I tried to contact support about the status of my order and they only responded with this.
thats just a confirmation that they got your email and you will get another when someone answers your case
