#Order placed on website, funds withdrawn, but no confirmation.

Hello, I placed an order on the wooting website on 10/17. I never received a confirmation email but the funds show as withdrawn on my CC statement. I reached out to support but they haven't reached back out yet. I want to make sure that I don't need to call my CC company to cancel the transaction. Thanks in advance.
