All of these types of requests need to be made via the Wooting Support Wizard!
It should say that u have to wait 24 hours and u have to message wooting support or just to message support after 24 hours
i alr messaged support its been 24 hours alr
i didnt see anything that i had ot wait thouugh
It's the weekend. Wooting doesn't work on weekends.
They will remove the hold in a couple of business days.

so do i need to wait longer for the hold to go away, i’ve alr put in my shipping info aswell
Yes, someone from Wooting will get back to your ticket and remove the hold.

Currently Wooting is on annual team gathering and support will be limited from October 20th to early November.
yeah, feels so great to pay extra for "expedited shipping" only to have Wooting be like, "so, thanks, we'll get back to you sometime in two weeks..."
Expedited Shipping has nothing to do with Wooting, it only affects the shipping company
Expedited shipping doesn’t affect fulfilment speed, it only makes the carrier deliver faster once the order is shipped.

but we can talk about it being on admin hold for 5 business days, with the prompt saying "file a ticket if it's more than 24 hours" and then a ticket response of "we're out of office, until November"
kinda defeats any purpose of paying for faster shipping, if it's slept on for 2 weeks...
Maybe advertise the team gathering out of office up-front so folks know...
But hey, what do I know?
