Today I have had a white zinc case arrive for my 80he. It was sent out due to the chipping/flaking on the black zinc case.

I have dissembled the black case and have placed my PCB into the white case but it’s not turning on. I followed the dissemble and reassemble guide/instructions on YouTube carefully.

The keyboard was working perfectly fine before dissembling it.

I have even placed the PCB back into the black case to test it and the it still won’t turn on.

Everything was unplugged when working on the keyboard so I have no idea what has happened. The connector in the case seems fine, the pins are not bent.

Seems like something went wrong with the PCB. Is there any way I can check, any small details that might help me identify the problem or is it worth going directly to wooting support.
