60he broken no longer shown

Hi team,

My wooting 60he is no longer getting registered, troubleshooting steps:

1. Reset - backdash and FN together,
2. Wooting restore is showing under devices in windows 11 - but can only click "remove"
3. tried different usb ports no change other keyboards work.
4. Wootility doesn't see the device when trying to connect.

Whats the next step ?

Yes there was one step missing. I followed this guide I found on the official wooting site - https://help.wooting.io/article/90-how-to-restore-reset-my-wooting-one-or-wooting-two-flaretech

Nothing seem to happened when doing the hold down buttons and plugging cable in, but then I could see in the Image Xphome sent that I had to click into “try out wooting”, I was just in the menu where it tried to connect to keyboard.

But your would have solved it instantly if I had known to click “try out wooting” and then “help” so it was a lack of my knowledge 🙂 appreciate the help
