I just use the regular profile. the only specific thing that I use that I find useful are Dynamic Key stroke on QWE , to hold down directional Move and issue a move command before casting SF's raze. This way he will always be facing the mouse position before casting it. Also useful for Blink heroes, Like legion or, axe or magnus.

Another situation that have come o mind recently ,but i never used myself, is having Dynamic keystroke send QQQ, WWW or EEE, going down, and QR,WR or ER going up. This way you can invoke any spell with 2 keystrokes.
