I know the address of hotel where I'll take place in next 2 weeks, but I don't know exact room yet. How will be the process of delivery in that case...? Should I meet the courier at the entrance or something?

Please do not gamble with shipping times.

Attempting to time a delivery at precisely the time when you will be visiting a hotel is gambling that the delivery will proceed as expected.

If there are any hiccups in the many-step logistics process that is required to get from warehouse to delivery, you may find yourself entirely unable to receive your purchase.

This costs you and Wooting time, money, and headaches.

also you should have asked the hotel before ordering you need to put a roomnumber into the additional address line or something like that. we wouldnt know how the hotel you stay at wants to handle this

According to times... it should be delivered from 17.10 to 24.10 somewhere. I'll leave Poland at 25.10

i think the main issue is still that you took an EXPECTED delivery window as a guarantee

#

we label it expected because it can still be later

"should" does not equal will

In worst case I can ask one of my friends living in Poland to take it instead

My strongest recommendation to you is to have the order shipped directly to your home address, or the the address of a trusted friend or family member who can receive it for you.

yeah once we ship it to the hotel address its unlikely you can change it by a lot on the curiours website

Let me give you a concrete example:
For Gamescom 2025, I shipped several cartons of 60HEs to the hotel that I was staying at along with several Wooting Team members.

DHL bungled the delivery and only delivered one of the cartons. The next scheduled delivery was after the event ended, and we had all departed.

The end result: these keyboards were never able to be given away at the event, and I had to chase after the hotel for a week and a half to get them to ship the late carton back to our fulfillment center. It was a right pain in the ass, and made nobody happy.

It's just not worth the hassle

afaik, wooting don't delivery to my own country, so I wanted to try to get it during my trip to Poland

#

that's the best time

If we cannot deliver to your home country, then the better choice is to use a parcel forwarding service

but as I said, in worst case I can ask one of my friends to take it instead, and deliver to me later

#

I think it will be fine in the end

@ancient agate I deleted your message because it had personally identifiable information on it

You don't have a PIN so why not eh, you can't change anything

#

but in the end, I think it will be fine
