Hi, i have red lights on my keyboard reaching from the 2 key to the alt key. I have factory reset it multiple times, and nothing. It stays no matter what, and I cannot change it in any rgb app i have, because whatever color i put just gets overlayed over the red and changes it (so if i put white over it, it turns pink). Please help.
