Wooting 80HE pressing on its own

Hello, I just received my 80HE yesterday, and I have this issue with keys randomly actuating on its own, even when I reset the keyboard settings to default. I've tries possible solutions such as changing USB ports, using the original cable, and reseating switches. If theres any possible solutions I would appreciate it!
