The shipping options shown during checkout are the only ones we can currently offer for a location. Strikes have no effect on this.

If Canada only has UPS, I'd assume it's because they're the only courier we've tried to ship with that's done the DDP properly - aka. prepaying your import duties on our checkout.

Some couriers are very... weird about how the paperwork has to be, and we've done test shipments to some countries again and again over the course of months to try and satisfy them, and still no good result.
