#Issue with “C” Key Registering Multiple Inputs and Losing Hold Function

Hello,

I’m experiencing an issue with my Wooting keyboard where the “C” key activates multiple times with a single press. When I press the key once, it often registers 2–4 inputs (e.g., “cccc”).

Additionally, when I hold down the “C” key, the continuous input stops after a short moment, as if the key is released — even though it’s still physically pressed.

I have already replaced the switch, but the issue remains unchanged, so it doesn’t seem to be related to the switch itself.

Could you please advise on what might be causing this problem or how to fix it?

Have you tried replugging the keyboard?

Restore the keyboard. Make sure to save your profiles before restoring.

  • Unplug your keyboard, then hold the top-right key (Pause) and the bottom-right key (Right Arrow). While holding them, plug the keyboard back in. After that, press ‘Reset Device' in Wootility.

can you try the analog monitor and see what happens when you press the "C" key and again when holding down the key for 1-2 seconds at a time
