#Getting used to HE switches/sensitivity

Hey! So I just got my 60HE+ as a replacement for my old Razer Blackwidow Elite. Obviously the keyboards are entirely different considering one is 100% and the other is 60, but the biggest point that I'm struggling with is the actuation sensitivity. The Blackwidow I used had Razer Greens, so tactile and clicky keys. The actuation point was around 1.9mm. I got used to this, since I had that keyboard for 10 years, but now that I'm using an HE keyboard that's known for its sensitivity I'm finding that my fingers are naturally pretty heavy and I'm accidentally actuating my keys all the time.

I currently have typing mode at 1.7mm and a Valorant profile at the recommended 0.4mm. My question is essentially: How can I "train" myself to get used to the sensitivity in order to take advantage of the capabilities of my new keyboard?
