#My 60HE+ has a very bad spacebar, all other keys are perfect

Hey guys,
so, in short, title;

had this kb for about 1.5 yrs, love it to death, but the spacebar has been an issue ever since buying it. I've been through numerous tickets with Wooting Support, they've even sent me a new spacebar keycap to fix the old one but the same issue persists, it is clicky, ticking a lot, uneven and the key just doesnt feel right at all. I need some help cuz i plan to play a lot of bf6 now that it comes out and want to get it fixed

I can send videos showing the issue

also, my caps are PBT but they have a ton of wear on them, specially wasd and shift, how can i clean this? i can send photos

thanks for the help in advance, i just reeeeally want to get my spacebar fixed 🙁

if your spacebar is rattly you may need to tune it by adjusting the lube and maybe straightening the stabiliser wire

hey man, thanks for that

I did all of that and then some, spent about 20 hrs in about a month on just tuning it, straightening the wire (got a new one even from Wooting, stabs as well) and got premium lube but none of it fixed it fully

im worried the pcb might be bent or something ive got no idea
replaced the keycap
wire
lubed again
tried straigthening the wire multiple times, both the old one and the new one
tried different pairs of stabs cuz i had plenty of them

nothing really helped
