so

#

basically i have a wooting uwu, and it works well but when i try to hold the keys fully it fluctuates between 3.80 and 4.00

#

i removed the keycaps and placed them again like an idiot and i'm pretty sure that's why they're loose

You probably pulled a switch slightly while removing the keycap and it messed up the calibration.

i see

#

is it normal for it to get uncalibrated suddenly?

the yellow ones

#

the greenish ones i haven't used yet

#

but ah well it's just like 0.03 so doesn't matter much if it can't be helped

That might be because of the Lekker V1s - they’re pretty wobbly, and when you bottom out and wiggle the keycap, the visual feedback in Wootility can show fluctuations. I’m not 100% sure about this, so it’s probably best to contact Wooting about it https://wooting.io/support

i see, thx

#

regardless after recalibrating it's still way better, thanks

unorthodox bandaid for this problem

#

i just swapped the keycaps with corsair k70 keycaps

#

and the wobbling problem isn't as bad

#

plus for me the corsair keycaps feel lighter than the wooting uwu ones

#

so it's easier to control the holds

#

so seeing this, my biased opinion would be, it might be cool if newer models of the wooting uwu come with lighter keycaps included among the spare parts

#

in case someone wants to swap them out
