can continuous rapid trigger get you banned in FPS games like OW2, CS and Valorant or is it only SOCD that can get you banned?

Nope, continuous rapid trigger won't get you banned in those games. Only Snappy Tappy (SOCD) and Rappy Snappy are not allowed in CS2.
