Wooting keyboard showing Red buttons not working

I was doing a software update on my keyboard and now its not working and showing red keys on the E and R buttons. My pc shut off mid update and I tried to fix it by removing it off the software and reinstalling it but it just made it so I cannot access the software at all

I was responding to Coolkid to be fair. You kind of forced yourself into their thread. If the factory restore does not work, you should indeed contact support 🙂
