#Wooting 60HE+ Completely Unresponsive After Glitches

My Wooting 60HE+ glitched twice yesterday (RGB changed, random key spam) and later completely stopped working. No lights, no input. Wootility detects it but shows “Disconnected.”

I’ve tried multiple USB-C cables/ports, ESC+Ctrl bootloader, unplugging, and reinstalling Wootility. I also have a video showing the last time it worked.

I’ve already submitted a support ticket but wanted to see if anyone here has ideas or advice to try in the meantime. I really love this keyboard and just want to get it fixed. 🙏

Does Windows detect it?

It does detect the Wooting restore when i put it into bootloader. but when i try to troubleshoot it it says i need to connect my device

I just did, it still doesnt work...

same problems as before. it detects it as Wooting restore in device manager but when i try to reset the device it says i need to connect it

I think the keyboard suffered a hardware failure, probably a chip/PCB issue.

Only thing i can do now is wait for wooting to answer my ticket, i wrote them. But thanks alot for trying to help me out! Have a great day

That is definitely the D29 stuck in Wooting restore issue that the guide was meant to address

As it was not resolved by the guide, I assume the trace/wire is damaged or shorted to another trace and cant be resolved by removing the screw/taping the area

Could you provide me your order number or keyboard serial number so I can follow up on the ticket to avoid asking you to do the same troubleshooting again
